  1. Since I’m doing Labyrinth work 4 to 5 times per week now – I am again adjusting to the rawness of violent unexpected death in a non- military setting. Death work IS resistance because so much of modern death should be avoidable, these are lives thrown away as worth less: black lives, female lives, Moslem lives, poverty afflicted lives, veteran lives. I never cry on the Walk for the war dead, as it’s felt prohibited- but I often cry on these newly instituted walks for victims of racial, religious, and family/spousal murders.
